Exhibitor Feedback for London Synth & Pedal Expo 2025

I enjoyed the event – it was the first time I’d done an event solo rather than with Thonk. […] For me it was perfect – an almost uninterrupted flow of interested people past the stand. […] It was intense but I met a lot of people who were interested in buying what I’m selling. I liked having the guitar connection next door – felt it was a slightly more diverse crowd than pure synth dudes. – Tom Whitwell (Music Thing Modular)

We were very happy with our experience. Our table was hugely busy on the Saturday and although we had reduced traffic on the Sunday, we still managed to speak to lots of people and could actually spend more time with them as it was less hectic. The vibe was great on both days and everyone had a lot of fun playing with our pedals and also with Chompi too. – Doug (Chase Bliss and Chompi)

Overall, we were happy with the event. The venue was interesting and well suited for this kind of event. […] We were satisfied with the number of people who interacted with our instruments, because the quality of those interactions was valuable, with many attendees asking really insightful questions and spending a lot of time at our table. – Katrina (Erica Synths)

The experience was very positive. This was BOSS’s third year attending, and the brand has seen steady growth in fanbase diversity and reach. We had strong user engagement and positive responses […] and users were more aware of online pricing and promotions than ever. – Mark (BOSS)

Overall very positive. Traffic was great. Basically full booth both two days all the time. All of our 6 machine test stations were used all the time from opening to closing. The visitors were a nice blend of “experienced” and “beginners” which is nice considering most other events have one or the other category there. – Christian (Elektron)

I had almost 100% of the time people at my stand checking my gear. Two days was perfect. The event was simple but well organised. The fact that people can see and touch things in real life is invaluable. – Marcel (Modor Music)

The event was great, from the 4 I have done in the UK in last 12 months this has been the best in terms of audience! Traffic was very good, very diverse too which is a bonus. 100% would say yes to next year. – Ben (Clacktronics)

It was very good, good sales, we’ll probably do it again next year! – David (Rainger FX)

We were very happy with the traffic and audience that visited the show and we would love to participate again next year. Very enthusiastic attendees eager for in person interaction to get any questions answered and the ability to touch and test the equipment. Great location, audience, brands and we especially love the fact that the show is free. – Shona (Ableton)

I had a great time at the Synth & Pedal expo, and would definitely consider doing it again next year! It was very busy most of the time. I was very happy with the sales; I wasn’t sure what to expect, but the reality exceeded my expectations – thanks! – Oli (Synth Evolution)

What sets the London show apart is that it consistently brings in new faces — not just the usual industry crowd — and that kind of fresh engagement is invaluable for us as exhibitors. – Paul (KMR Audio)

An absolute blast! I’m surprised how well it went, given we weren’t purveyors of gear.
Possibly a bit much on day 1, but day 2 still felt busy. – Ben (MODCAF)

Well put together event as usual, easy to get in and out of and tidy. Well attended with Sunday being quieter than Saturday. Rarely time without visitors saying hello. Strengths: Diverse collection of people coming to see things, of all abilities and interests. – Chris (Origin Effects)

My position at the bar was not totally optimal but the event was great and I had so much interested people that I barely could eat on both days. I had a really good experience. Even people from last year came back. – Manu (LEAF Audio)

We had a great experience. The attendees were highly qualified and genuinely interested in sound, gear, and technology. Combining synths and pedals is a smart move. Live conversations and human interaction provide unique value — something YouTube videos, while great for exposure, can’t fully replace. – David (Kernom)

I was very happy with the experience. Great traffic, lots of interactions and OK sales. It’s Good to meet new and existing customers and chat in person. – Matthew (Busy Circuits)

I was more than happy and would rate the whole experience 9 out of 10. I received some useful feedback on the spot and made a number of in-person connections. It was definitely well organized. – Sam (AM Effects)

First time experience for me, it was great, the venue is really nice and there’s a lot of things to do around it. Also super easy to commute there. Very busy on the Saturday, quieter Sunday morning, and then busy again. Sunday was definitely more families. – Antoine (Reverb.com)

The London experience was more rewarding than the NAMM show. I was satisfied with sales, I would definitely like to return, thank you. – Marco (Formula B)

Overall very busy, there wasn’t much downtime throughout the event at all. Just for exposure of the brand it was a good exercise. – Luke (D’Addario)

The show was great and came together extremely well even with the Heathrow fire affecting things. Overall a very good amount of people visiting and everyone was excited to try things out and it’s a great platform for that overall since we always want people to have hands on experience with our products. – Mikko (Mad Professor)

Huge footfall of guitar players. Everyone who walked in stopped to look, and ask questions but not necessarily always plug in. I found that people were discovering pedals they had never heard before (or planned on considering) and different combinations when trying out the board. You can’t do that on a youtube video for a specific pedal! Also, interaction from the brand ambassador is invaluable. Adam (West Side Distribution + MXR/Way Huge)

Overall satisfied, on Saturday our pedalboards were busy the whole day through. No problems with organization and nice people. I like the location and I think it’s a hip district. Timo (Face Distribution)

It was a fun show overall! Saturday it very busy, on Sunday fewer people and a lot of explaining
modular synth to guitarists :). Sales were OK. – Vladimir (VPME)

It was good fun and nice and busy with a good and steady traffic throughout. – Patrick (Intensive Care Audio)
